Return & Exchange Policy
At 3's A Party Creations, we take pride in creating high-quality custom products and delicious baked goods just for you! Due to the personalized nature of our items, we have specific return policies to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.
Custom Apparel & Accessories
Since our apparel and accessories are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the order.
Please note: When placing a custom shirt order within two weeks (14 business days) of the needed date, your order will be considered a Rush Order. A $50 rush fee will apply to accommodate the expedited processing. We will always notify you in advance before charging this fee to confirm your approval. This policy ensures we can maintain the quality and timeliness of all orders.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly replace an item.
✔ The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
✔ You received the wrong size, color, or design due to our mistake.
✔ There was an issue with the printing or customization that significantly impacts quality.
To request a return or exchange, please:
1️⃣ Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 3saparty0405@gmail.com.
2️⃣ Provide your order number and include clear photos of the issue.
3️⃣ Once approved, we will provide a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
❌ Custom orders where the wrong size or design was selected by the customer.
❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
❌ Sale or clearance items.
❌ Minor color variations due to screen differences.
Sizing Issues
Please refer to our size chart before ordering. We are unable to accept returns for sizing errors made by the customer. If you need help, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
✔ Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase date.
✔ Items that cannot be replaced due to inventory issues.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations & Down Payments
-Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase date for a full refund.
-After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted, as production begins immediately.
-Customized bulk orders (e.g., team shirts, event accessories) require a 100% payment before production starts.
Baked Goods
Because our baked goods are freshly made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to food safety regulations. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
⚠️ Allergen Notice: Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate specific food allergies. All items are made in a are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens may be present like gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs, so treats may contain traces of these allergens. We follow best practices to avoid cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee products are allergen-free.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We will issue a replacement:
✔ The wrong item was sent.
✔ Your order was damaged in transit during delivery by us.
Please Note:
If you choose to pick up your order, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit after pickup. This is because once the item leaves our premises, we can no longer ensure proper handling or storage conditions during transportation.
To report an issue, please:

2️⃣ Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
3️⃣ Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
❌ Taste preference (we make everything with love, but taste is subjective!).
❌ Orders that were left unclaimed at pickup locations.
❌ Incorrect orders due to customer input errors (wrong flavor, quantity, or pickup date).
Order Cancellations & Payments
-Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
-After 12 hours, cancellations and refunds are not permitted, as we begin preparing your baked goods immediately.
-If ordering in advance then cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup.
- Full payment is required upfront to secure your order.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
