Processing Time

Custom Apparel & Accessories: Standard processing is 7–14 business days before shipping. Rush orders (needed within 14 business days) will incur a $50 rush fee (with prior approval).
Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on size and destination.

Standard shipping times are typically 5–7 business days, but may vary based on carrier delays or peak seasons.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Doral, FL by appointment.

Pickup instructions will be emailed after your order is confirmed.

Please note: Once items leave our premises, we are not responsible for damage that may occur during transport.
Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.

If your package does not arrive, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

Damaged Items During Transit
If your order arrives damaged during shipping by us:

3️⃣ Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
